Terms of Service

1. Project Assets and Storage:

Once a payment is received, project is complete, and all final revised assets have been delivered, we’ll keep your files (Figma designs, development versions, 3D files, images, etc.) for 30 days. After that, we are not responsible for storing or providing them again.

2. Outsourcing and Team:

We may hire or outsource parts of your project (unless there’s an NDA) and it will be

communicated to you who's working on your project. We’re still responsible for quality

and delivery.

3. Payments:

We require an upfront payment before we start your project to protect our team.

Payments are processed via Stripe. We’re open to Wise if needed.

4. Project Start:

Your project officially starts when the entire payment is made or on our agreed start date.

5. Client Inactivity:

If we don’t hear from you for one (1) week, we’ll consider the project closed and completed unless we agree otherwise. We’re not obligated to deliver anything further, 7 days after your first files are delivered to you.

6. Portfolio Rights:

We may showcase your project in our portfolio or on social media (even in progress), but we’re open to discussing timing if you’d prefer we wait until launch.

7. Design Changes:

Once you approve a design and it’s developed, further changes will require a new agreement or scope if our seven-day threshold has passed.

8. Scope Adjustments:

Scope changes are occasionally a part of the process. It will be communicated to you if we feel that our team needs more time to complete your project, and/or if any changes are needed to your quoted project out of respect to our team.

9. Refunds:

All payments are non-refundable.

10. Liability & Warranties:

Our services are provided as-is. We’re not liable for damages resulting from site use, branding usage, font usage, or project outcomes.

11. Account Responsibility:

You’re responsible for managing your account and billing details.

12. Changes to Terms:

We can update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept any changes.
